Quynh began her career working in the family's manufacturing business in the 1990s.  She wore many hats -- management, sales, quality, shipping/receiving, human resources, marketing, customer service -- just to name a few.  What resulted from this vast experience was accelerated maturity with an insatiable hunger to succeed and a determined commitment to excellence.  

Quynh moved on from the family business and attended college where she earned a double major in Psychology and Health & Society from the University of Rochester.  In early 2000, Quynh returned to Texas after she received news that the family's business was trending downward due to economic shifts to overseas labor.  Unfortunately, the competition with overseas labor was too much for the small business and they had to close their doors after 20+ years.  

Thereafter, Quynh went on to work in the human resources department in a local hospital.  While working, she also attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she received her MBA.  Quynh would later work for major fortune 500 companies in the medical, retail, oil/gas, and manufacturing industries where she thrived in HR, assuming various roles with increasing responsibilities from specialist to management within all scopes of HR -- benefits, training/development, talent acquisition, compensation, generalist, etc.  Through her strong interpersonal skills and transparent leadership style, she was able to transform organizational culture, launch start-up facilities, and build upon current operations to achieve best in class practices --- accomplished by staffing the greatest talents to drive the business.  Despite the successes she enjoyed in her career, Quynh was still hungry, always longing for more. And that craving resulted in QMG Global, the gateway to transferring her pursuit of excellence to help businesses succeed through their greatest asset -- people.
